Was really disappointed. It’s Valentine’s Day and went to puck up our order…The staff did not receive the to-go order despite the charge appearing on my debit card. The staff member re-entered the order. We had to wait for it to be ready…we just got home and part of my order is missing and my boyfriend’s order is completely wrong…tried calling to have it corrected and no one is answering the phone and it goes to a “full” mailbox…really dissatisfied and disappointed especially on such a big night.
